Upon receipt of your order we will let you know all necessary details about the money transfer.
3. When is payment due?
The SunnyStudio team offers you two opportunities to check the quality of the services provided by us before you make the payment. These are:
- View the demo versions uploaded on the site.
- Listen to part of your track mixed/ mastered by us.
Only after you are happy with the services provided by us in terms of the quality we offer, you can proceed to make the money transfer.
4. How will I receive the final product?
Delivery of the final product happens via the internet and is free of charge (through our FTP server). To get it couriered or mailed to you, you need to cover the postage.
After we complete the work on your project we shall send it to you. This will allow you to make comments and criticisms (if any). We shall comply with your requirement, revise the project and resend it.
In case you are not entirely happy with the output, please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. Is it possible after you get a material from me to use it for your own purposes without my consent, as well as claim copyright on it?
The SunnyStudio team guarantees that it will not distribute or disseminate your ideas and will not use them for any purposes whatsoever without your explicit agreement.
Despite all this we advise you to register with some copyright company or send your music and lyrics to your own address with registered mail – to act as a proof of date and contents. Naturally, do not open the package before you actually need to do this.
7. What does FTP mean?
As the name suggests, FTP (File Transfer Protocol), is a protocol for file transfer. FTP is the easiest, most effective and convenient way to transfer files from and to some remote server.
The work with the FTP protocol requires two individual programme parts – FTP-server и FTP-client.
The FTP-client is a programme (software application) you need to have installed on your PC. Through this programme you can transfer the tracks ready for mixing or mastering to our FTP-server, as well as get them from there after being processed.
One of the best completely free-of-charge FTP-clients is FileZilla, operating under Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP; it has a Bulgarian panel.
8. What does Standard MIDI File – (SMF) mean?
Standard MIDI files provide a common file format used by most musical software and hardware devices to store song information including the title, track names, and most importantly what instruments to use and the sequence of musical events, such as notes and instrument control information needed to play back the song. This standardization allows one software package to create and save files that can later be loaded and edited by another completely different program, even on a different type of computer. Almost every software music sequencer is capable of loading and saving standard MIDI files.
9. What does Red Book (audio CD standard) mean?
