Antoniy Argirov (Tony for short)

(Founder of SunnyStudio and website organizer)

I work and live in Bourgas. Music has been part of my life since 1983. I started as a guitarist in local bands playing music of various styles, primarily rock.

Since the very beginning I have been dealing with composition and arrangement; over the years I have worked both on my own projects and on other musicians’ projects.

In the 1994 - 1998 period I worked as a guitarist and arranger (for some of the songs) on two albums of the Boomerang Band; I also participated in some of their live performances.

After this period I started working independently. I began studying jazz harmony and singing. In parallel, I started to build my own studio where, as a start, I recorded my own music.

I worked on enhancing my professional skills and knowledge in areas such as acoustics/ psychoacoustics, computer musical instruments, including the MIDI language, analogue/digital audio (principles of works, advantages and disadvantages), sound recording techniques for voices and musical instruments, their mixing and, finally, their mastering.

Later, in order to widen my knowledge of audio engineering, I enrolled in the Audio Institute of America. I graduated with top scores.

I keep putting daily efforts into improving my practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the field of sound recording and music in general.

Emil Vladimirov

Born in 1960. Acquired a secondary and, later, university degree in music, specializing in piano playing. Also specialized in conducting and orchestration. In parallel with his career in classical music he developed as a good professional in contemporary music (Pop, Rock, Jazz).

He started as a member of various formations since early school age and has a record of joint concerts with FSB and Sturtsite, among others. Over the last 20 years he has had periods of working abroad, in European countries, where he gained rich experience. His work in a studio environment constitutes a further opportunity to put his ideas in practice.

Zhivko Georgiev

Has the talent for lyrics writing. He is one of the founders of the rock band Boomerang together with whom he issued two albums during the 1991 – 1998 period. As part of the band he acted as the main composer, arranger, lyrics writer, guitarist and vocalist. Currently he is working in ‘proTechnica EVENT’ as a audio engineer.

Еmil Markov

Guitarist, with long experience in computer music systems, arrangement and instruments programming. In 2006 he issued an individual album and participated as a studio guitarist in other musicians’ projects. He has been working in Dinaccord Bulgaria since 2001.
